この国で、心身障害者や高齢者の方々がICTを使って健常者と同様に生活できるようになったり、治安もよく、金持ちで世界一の長寿国であるなら、やはり世界から見ても仰ぎ見る国になるわけです。ただその状況も同じ所にどっぶり漬かっているとなかなか見えない。だから他の役所などに行って外から自分の役所や仕事を見れば、意外とはっきり見えてきますよ。
